RENTAL RULES & INFORMATION

1. MAXIMUM INSIDE CAPACITY: 80

2. MAXIMUM OUTSIDE CAPACITY: 120

3. INSIDE AREA: 1100 SQ FT

4. DECK AREA: 1000 SQ FT

5. PLACE SETTINGS: 45 dinner plates; salad/dessert plates; soup bowls; stainless flatware

6. SEATING: 45 padded dining chairs; 6 padded bar stools; 12 deck chairs; 10 Adirondack deck chairs

7. BANQUET TABLES: 6 (72″x30″) and 1 (96″x30″)

8. DINING TABLES: 4 (48”) round; 6 (36”) round; 4 (48”) unfinished plywood extensions for the 36″round; 3 (36”) round patio tables (outside)

9. LINENS: Linens are not provided as part of the rental.

10. BARTENDERS: Will be appointed by PBYC.

11. ALCOHOL: NO outside alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed to be brought onto club property.

12. MUSIC: Music may only be played inside the clubhouse; volume must be reduced and all doors closed after 9pm.

13. CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE: A minimum of $500,000 personal liability coverage naming PBYC as an additional insured is required.

14. CLEANING: The areas used must be cleaned and returned to the original condition. It takes about an hour to remove decorations, clean surfaces, vacuum, rearrange furniture and take out the trash.

15. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable security deposit is required to hold the event date.

16. SECURITY: Gatherings over 50 guests may require a PBYC appointed security guard.

17. ACCESSIBILITY: PBYC’s premises are located on the second floor and require the use of stairs for access.

18. WEEKEND USE BY MEMBERS: PBYC members and their guests cannot be excluded from use of the club during normal operating hours.

  • Fully stocked bar with beer, wine, liquor, soda, water
  • Bartenders are licensed and appointed by PBYC
